Samsung has released its latest Galaxy S25 series<\/a>, which is the first smartphone lineup to feature One UI 7, running on Android 15. Just a week after its release, the company has begun rolling out the first software update for Galaxy S25 smartphones in the US.<\/p>\n

The initial software update for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra is the February 2025 security update, which has been spotted on carrier-locked models in the United States.<\/p>\n

The latest February 2025 software update is a security patch that has been identified with version numbers S931USQU1AYB3<\/strong>, S936USQU1AYB3<\/strong>, and S938USQU1AYB3<\/strong> for the carrier-locked models of the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra, respectively. These models include T-Mobile, Verizon<\/a>, MetroPCS, Spectrum Mobile, Comcast, and more<\/strong><\/em>.
