In Europe, Germany boasts the largest number of users, paying subscribers, and API developers building on OpenAI\u2019s technology, according to the startup.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An OpenAI spokesperson informed TechCrunch via email that the office will initially hire for go-to-market, global affairs, and communications roles.
