For instance, in February, TechCrunch reported that Windsurf was in talks to raise funding at a valuation of <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2025\/02\/19\/ai-coding-startup-codeium-in-talks-to-raise-at-an-almost-3b-valuation-sources-say\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">$3 billion<\/a>.
