Although you still program the device using the Hatch app, the enhanced buttons and dial enable you to control the device afterward without needing to bring a sleep-disrupting phone into the bedroom.<\/p>\n

\nThe device offers an extensive range of "rest" and "rise" content, including sleep stories, wake-up motivational talks, stretching exercises, night music, and, of course, white noise sounds. If you know a mom who has been wishing for better sleep, this device may be the solution.
