Recently, the company acquired <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2024\/04\/04\/datastax-acquires-logspace-the-startup-behind-the-langflow-low-code-tool-for-building-rag-based-chatbots\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">DataStax<\/a>, a platform for building AI apps, and <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2025\/02\/27\/ibm-closes-6-4b-hashicorp-acquisition\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">finalized its purchase<\/a> of infrastructure and security automation firm HashiCorp.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This strategy has yielded positive results for IBM. In Q4 2024, the company reported its largest revenue increase in five years, with a significant surge in stock price. During this period, IBM&#8217;s AI bookings and sales exceeded $5 billion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hakkoda, co-founded in 2021 by former Deloitte GM Erik Duffield, specializes in migrating data to the cloud, particularly the Snowflake data cloud.
