Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference<\/h2>\n

Apple has announced<\/a> the dates for its Worldwide Developers Conference, which will take place from June 9-13. Given the company’s consistency with event timing, it is likely that Tim Cook will kick off the keynote on June 9 at 10AM PT\/1PM ET.<\/p>\n

Expected Announcements<\/h2>\n

We have already received word that iOS 19 and macOS 16 will be sporting new looks<\/a>, so a focus on the latest software changes can be expected. Additionally, updates on Apple Intelligence are anticipated, as it was a core part of the iOS 18.3 update<\/a> that rolled out at the start of the year. However, Apple has faced challenges with some AI-powered features, particularly its notification summaries<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What Not to Expect<\/h2>\n

One thing that is unlikely to be seen is the long-awaited update to Siri that will offer more personalization, courtesy of Apple Intelligence. This project hit a delay<\/a> in March, and despite hopes to the contrary, it seems unlikely that the issues will be resolved by June, as how hard we might hope otherwise<\/a>.<\/p>\n
