The company&#8217;s shares will then begin trading on the Nasdaq starting Monday, March 31. Shopify&#8217;s existing listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange will remain unchanged, and its ticker symbol, SHOP, will continue to be used on both exchanges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last month, Shopify <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/shopify-q4-results-top-estimates-but-its-outlook-underwhelms-8789831\" target=\"_blank\">released its Q4 2024 earnings report<\/a>, which showed a respectable performance with revenue growth of 31% year-over-year, reaching $2.8 billion. The company&#8217;s current market capitalization stands at $121 billion, representing a 55% increase from the same period in the previous year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The filing did not provide a specific reason for Shopify&#8217;s decision to change its U.S. stock exchange.
