The company <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.google\/inside-google\/company-announcements\/google-agreement-acquire-wiz\/\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">stated<\/a> that the acquisition, which is subject to regulatory approvals, aims to provide customers with a comprehensive security platform for modern IT environments.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition is expected to accelerate the adoption of multicloud cybersecurity and drive growth in cloud computing by bringing Google Cloud&#8217;s offerings and Wiz together, as stated by Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian.
